Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across India.

We are gradually expanding our reach, so if you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully check, pack and dispatch it.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. 
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking details through (email/WhatsApp/SMS).

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
• Delivery to remote locations, certain pin codes and areas affected by weather, public holidays, festivals or other circumstances may take longer.
• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond Vikshitra’s control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges range from 75 to 150. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE INR 2000.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order is delayed, please contact us at 9874070070 with your order number and we will help you track it.

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Vikshitra cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or the unavailability of the recipient.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
